Description
Restorative Yin Yoga (90 minutes)
Starting with a relaxing 1.5hr Restorative Yin Yoga session where the poses will be held for around 10-15 minutes each, focusing on gentle breath techniques. We will be using bolsters, blankets and blocks to support the body. This style of yoga lets the body release muscular tension, anxiety, stress and gives adequate time for the nervous system to charge down, leading you into a blissful state, ready for the Sound Bath.
Sound Bath (30 minutes)
Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation through this magical sound bath, where the soothing resonance of crystal bowls, the grounding vibrations of a Tibetan singing bowl and the rhythmic heartbeat of the buffalo drum harmonise to create deep tranquillity. Drift with the calming tides of the ocean drum, be uplifted by the ethereal tones of Koshi chimes and surrender to the expansive sound waves of the Meinl wind gong.
