Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release (90 minutes)
Join me for a special two-hour workshop where you will learn how to release tension in all areas of the body by self-myofascial release and trigger point massage therapy using physical therapy balls. This workshop will give you the knowledge to be able to self-heal at home. You will need to purchase a set of Acupoint Physical Therapy Massage Balls from Amazon for the sessions, they are £11.95.
You can use the special balls to help relieve lower back pain, herniated disc pain and pinched nerve neck pain. They also reduce general muscle pain and soreness and are great for deep tissue massage to provide muscle knot relief to sore and fatigued muscles and great for relieving neck pain, sciatic nerve pain, fibromyalgia pain and reduce stress.
Use these therapy balls to relax muscles in your back, shoulders, feet, hands, knees, legs, and other areas of the body.
These techniques will help you to free the body of tension, leaving you feeling more relaxed, supple and mobile.
Following a full body release using the balls, we will have a relaxing 90 minutes of Yin Yoga, noticing the immediate effects of the myofascial release and ending with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.
